AJEN Academic Publishers is committed to maintaining a fair, rigorous, transparent, and constructive peer-review process. Peer review is an essential part of scholarly publishing and helps ensure that research published in AJEN journals meets appropriate standards of quality, originality, relevance, and methodological soundness.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine whether they are appropriate for the journal’s scope, meet the basic submission requirements, and are suitable for further consideration. Manuscripts that pass this assessment may be sent to qualified reviewers with relevant subject expertise.

Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, confidential, and evidence-based feedback.

The review should focus on the quality and contribution of the research and should not be influenced by the author’s nationality, institution, gender, personal characteristics, or other unrelated factors. Reviewers must also disclose any potential conflict of interest and maintain the confidentiality of unpublished manuscript information.

Based on the editorial assessment and reviewer recommendations, manuscripts may be accepted, returned for revision, invited for resubmission, or rejected. The final editorial decision remains the responsibility of the journal’s editorial team.

AJEN is committed to continuously improving its peer-review practices and providing authors with a professional and transparent publishing experience.
