About the Journal
Journal of Clinical Research and Healthcare (JCRH) is an international, peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research across clinical medicine, healthcare practice, patient care, and health systems. The journal provides a platform for clinicians, healthcare professionals, biomedical researchers, public-health researchers, and interdisciplinary scholars to communicate original research, clinical evidence, reviews, and emerging developments that can contribute to improved diagnosis, treatment, prevention, patient outcomes, and healthcare delivery.

Aim
The Journal of Clinical Research and Healthcare (JCRH) aims to advance knowledge in clinical medicine, healthcare research, biomedical science, and health systems by providing an international platform for the communication of rigorous scholarly research.
The journal seeks to support research that improves understanding of human health and disease, advances diagnosis and treatment, strengthens healthcare practice and delivery, and contributes to improved patient and population health outcomes.
JCRH welcomes interdisciplinary research connecting clinical medicine with biomedical sciences, public health, healthcare technology, informatics, data science, and emerging approaches to healthcare. The journal serves clinicians, healthcare professionals, researchers, scientists, educators, and scholars across the health sciences.

Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts must be original, unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Submit in clear English and ensure the work fits the selected journal's Aim and Scope.
- Include: Title Page, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References, as applicable.
- Title page should include author names, affiliations, corresponding-author details and 3–8 keywords.
- Abstract: maximum 250 words, summarizing the objective, methods, main findings and conclusion.
- Tables and figures must be numbered, titled, cited in the text and supplied in suitable quality.
- References should be complete and consistently formatted according to the journal's requirements.
Submission & Peer Review
- Submit through the official AJEN submission system or submission route stated on the journal website.
- A brief cover letter should identify the article type, originality and significance.
- Each submission undergoes an initial editorial assessment before external review.
- AJEN's standard review model is single-blind peer review; reviewers' identities are not normally disclosed to authors.
- Editors may request revisions. Acceptance is based on editorial assessment and peer-review recommendations.
Research Ethics
- Human and animal research must comply with applicable ethical requirements and include approval/consent information where required.
- Authors must disclose funding and relevant conflicts of interest.
- Plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated/falsified data and misleading image manipulation are unacceptable.
- Material use of generative AI or AI-assisted tools should be disclosed; AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

Payment: The APC is due only after acceptance. Payment does not influence the editorial decision or guarantee publication. If an author requests withdrawal after peer review has commenced or after substantial editorial/production work, a manuscript withdrawal charge of €499 may apply. AJEN may consider full or partial APC waivers in cases of genuine financial need.
After Acceptance
- Accepted manuscripts proceed to production and publication.
- Authors receive proofs for final checking and should return corrections promptly.
- Published articles are freely accessible under AJEN's applicable open-access terms.
