Publication Ethics
AJEN Academic Publishers is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, transparency, accountability, and responsible scholarly communication. We expect authors, editors, reviewers, and publishing staff to act honestly and responsibly throughout the publication process.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are original, accurately reported, and not simultaneously submitted or previously published elsewhere, unless appropriately disclosed. Authors must provide appropriate attribution to sources, ensure that all qualifying contributors receive appropriate authorship recognition, disclose relevant conflicts of interest, and obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted material.
Editors are responsible for making fair, independent, and objective editorial decisions based on the academic quality, relevance, and integrity of submitted work. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality, provide unbiased and constructive assessments, and disclose any conflicts of interest.
AJEN does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, manipulation of data or images, or other forms of research and publication misconduct. Concerns relating to publication ethics will be assessed appropriately, and AJEN may request additional information or take corrective action when necessary.
Where significant issues are identified after publication, AJEN may publish a correction, corrigendum, erratum, expression of concern, or retraction, depending on the nature and seriousness of the issue. Our objective is to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the scholarly record.
AJEN’s publication-ethics practices are informed by recognized principles of responsible scholarly publishing, including the COPE Core Practices.
